Pilot's warranty policy
If you're outside our 7-day returns window and if your product has a manufacturing defect, this warranty policy will be applicable:
Pilot will replace the defective item free of charge with a comparable product.
Warranty Time Period for different product lines:
Lifetime: Emperor, Yukari Royale, Yukari, Nippon Art, Custom Urushi, Vanishing Point Raden Edition.
3 Years: Sterling, Justus 95, Falcon, Fermo, Vanishing Point.
1 Year: Custom 823, Custom 912, Custom 74, Heritage, Stargazer, Stanza, Ageless, Prera, Metropolitan, Kakuno, Knight, Axiom, Parallel.
This warranty only applies to Pilot products purchased from Authorized Dealers. Pilot products purchased from non-authorized dealers are not covered.

LAMY's warranty policy
If you're outside our 7-day returns window and if your product has a manufacturing defect, this warranty policy will be applicable:
Lamy provides a Two Year limited warranty. During the warranty period, the Manufacturer or Dealer will replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. This warranty only applies to Lamy products purchased from Authorized Dealers. Lamy products purchased from non-authorized dealers are not covered. The Warranty Card provided with the Lamy product must be presented to claim repairs under warranty.
