Return Policy

Need to make a return? It's easy. Just reach us within 7 days of placing your order to get the process started. You'll need to have your original invoice number ready. Tell us which items you wish to return, the reason for return, and your options for reimbursement.

We're happy to provide full reimbursement on products that are returned to us unused, in the state you received them, and which include all of the original packaging (such as the pen case, warranty papers, cartridges and converters, etc). If you need to return a product because the item is damaged or defective, we’ll also take care of you! In that case, we will take care of the shipping cost.

Keep in mind that you will be responsible for shipping costs on preferential returns.

Upon arrival, be sure to handle and inspect any new pens. Once the pen touches ink, we can still accept it, but there will be a restocking fee of 10% incurred for preferential returns.

We are unable to accept returns on any item, whether used or new, that came free with another product or was purchased from our Closeout sales. In addition, we cannot accept pens or nibs if they have been modified in any way, or any of the following items if they’ve been used: ink, paper, sealing wax, or cleaning/tuning supplies.

We are not able to refund or replace free items. Returns that include a free item (i.e. gift with purchase) may not be eligible for full reimbursement. Feel free to reach out to us for details on your specific situation.

Bottom line - just reach out to us and we’ll provide all of the final directions for your return/exchange! The approval of all returns are subject to the discretion of BD Pens.
